Working at the Car Wash

In the Walnut Room, the teachers brought a car wash to the water table. At the beginning of morning centers, the children helped with a science experiment to make fizzing soap for the car wash. With help from Ms. Gage, the children put soap, baking soda, and vinegar into a bucket to watch the reaction. It made a foaming liquid that the children noticed fizzed like soap from a car wash.

P.J., Gabrielle, Jace, and Micah helped with the experiment by adding soap, baking soda, and spraying the mixture with vinegar.

The final product of our car wash soap!
